Scheduled publishing in Experiences

Schedule an experience

You can schedule an experience to publish or unpublish at a selected date and time.

To schedule an experience:

1. Log in to the Contentful web app.

2. Go to the Experiences tab.

3. Either go to an existing experience or create a new one.

4. In the experience editor, click a drop-down arrow to the right of the Publish button. The Publish options menu is displayed.

5. In the Publish options menu, select Set Schedule.

6. Select either Publish or Unpublish radio button to schedule the desired action.

7. Select the required date, time and timezone.

8. Click Set Schedule.

9. View references linked in your experience and select those that you would like to publish right away. Click Publish. 

10. Optional: To change or cancel your schedule, click View schedule in the Publish options menu. Then go to the required scheduled action and either edit or cancel it using the three dots actions menu.

View scheduled experiences

To view your scheduled experiences:

1. Log in to the Contentful web app.

2. Go to the Experiences tab.

3. In the left sidebar, click Scheduled. The scheduled experiences are displayed.

4. Optional: Click View all scheduled actions to view all scheduled events across experiences, entries and assets.
