Templated spaces

NOTE: Templated spaces are only available on specific plans. Reach out to your Sales representative for more information about feature availability.

Templated spaces enable you to build digital experiences that share the same, centrally managed content model and require strict governance. Typical use cases include, for example, creating microsites for regional brand subsidiaries or independent franchises.

With Templated spaces you can connect to Enterprise spaces and reuse content with cross-space references, without having to duplicate, for example, globally managed brand content or legally approved terms and conditions.

NOTE: When editing content within a Templated space with a centrally managed content model, the “Content model” tab is no longer available in the web app. Administrators and developers can only edit the content model from the Content model templates app, by clicking Apps, and selecting Manage content models.
