DXperts in Action: Rapha rides into their digital future with confidence and style
Since 2004, Rapha has been on a mission to make the world’s finest cycling clothing. Their product line has redefined comfort, performance, and style for cyclists of all levels - from absolute beginners through to WorldTour professionals. More than just a clothing line, Rapha regularly organises and sponsors unique rides and events. The Rapha Cycling Club was founded in 2015 to bring cyclists together, and today there are more than 20,000 members worldwide. They also launched the Rapha Foundation in 2019 which provides funding to not-for-profit organisations, with the mission of building a better future for the sport by inspiring, empowering and supporting the next generation of racers.
With their growing list of product and community offerings for customers, Rapha needed to invest in a future-focused digital strategy that could take their mobile app and website to the next level while maintaining the beloved customer brand they’d worked to build over the past two decades.
