They revolutionized the coffee on-the-go market and currently have a presence in 32 countries with more than 4,000 stores and 10,000 self-service machines. Voted the UK’s favorite coffee shop 10 years in a row, they pride themselves on their collaborative and inclusive workforce who continually unlock new growth and innovation.
In 2019, on the heels of an acquisition by Coca-Cola, Costa Coffee needed to relaunch their website and improve their mobile experience. In order to scale their operations across the globe and retain the beloved customer brand they’d worked so hard to build over the past several decades, Costa Coffee needed to transform their content stack and execute quickly on their vision.
