Delete a design library version
Deletes a design library version from the library’s source space.
Deleting a version removes its stored snapshot items and clears any recommendation of it.
History for successful and failed installations remains available, with the version link (sys.version) set to null.
Deletion is rejected while the version or one of its installations is created or in_progress.
