# Delete a space membership

DELETE https://api.contentful.com/spaces/{space_id}/space_memberships/{space_membership_id}

Deletes a space membership, revoking space access. Admins, owners, and space admins can delete any membership; members can delete their own.

## Authentication

- `Authorization` header (bearer token, required) — Bearer authentication of the form `Bearer <token>`, where token is your auth token.
