# Delete an environment alias

DELETE https://api.contentful.com/spaces/{space_id}/environment_aliases/{environment_alias_id}

Deletes an environment alias. The `master` alias cannot be deleted.

## Authentication

- `Authorization` header (bearer token, required) — Bearer authentication of the form `Bearer <token>`, where token is your auth token.

## Request

### Path parameters

- `space_id` (string, required) — ID of the space in the form of a string
- `environment_alias_id` (string, required) — ID of the environment alias in form of a string

## Response

### 204

No Content - Request successful, no content returned
